Sunglass Hut in Ontario, Hamilton is seeking a Casual Part-Time Retail Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service, know our latest sunglass trends, and drive sales through in-store recommendations.

You will upsell and cross-sell, maintain a polished store, and uphold brand standards while working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. This role offers a competitive pay range and opportunities within a global eyewear leader.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail sales experience.
• Punctual and reliable; dependability essential.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
• A team-player who is collaborative with others, is adaptable, supportive, respectful and open to feedback.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets by upselling and cross-selling products.
• Assist with minor adjustments and repairs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment on both the sales floor and back of house areas.
• Understands and adheres to all brand policies and procedures.
