Job summary

Match Retail is hiring a Part-Time Sales Associate – Nespresso (Floater) in Edmonton, AB to represent a prestigious luxury brand. You will interact with customers at a kiosk, provide product demonstrations, and inspire purchases in a dynamic, customer-facing role.

The position offers a flexible schedule, evenings and weekends, paid training, and competitive hourly pay ($22/hr) with incentives based on performance. Prior retail experience is welcomed.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of retail sales experience.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
• Able to stand for the duration of shifts.
• Smartphone access; vehicle access is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create an inviting in-store experience for customers.
• Demonstrate luxury products and tailor recommendations.
• Meet or exceed sales goals while delivering exceptional service.
• Record daily sales reports accurately.
