Job summary

RONA in Barrie, Ontario is seeking a customer service associate to greet customers, assist with loading products, and support checkout operations in a busy retail environment.

You will follow store policies, stay informed about promotions, and help with returns, loading, and cart retrieval while delivering a friendly, safe shopping experience. This role offers employee discounts and opportunities for growth within the company.

• Greet customers and ensure a good customer experience
• Assist customers in loading products in their cart or vehicle
• Bring carts for customers who need assistance and collect carts in the parking lot

• Return all merchandise left at the returns desk to the appropriate departments
• Stay informed of promotions and flyers
• Follow the store’s policies and procedures on loss prevention and health and safety in the workplace
• Other related tasks to ensure the store runs smoothly
