Job summary

A leading continuing care organization in Halifax is looking for a Part-Time Housekeeper to join their team. The role involves cleaning assigned areas, transporting garbage, and maintaining laundry equipment. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of Grade X education, previous laundry experience, and at least 2 years of housekeeping experience in a Long Term Care or Acute Care environment. Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, comprehend and follow specific instructions.
• Must have previous laundry experience.
• Two years of experience in housekeeping within Long Term Care or Acute Care.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of work area.
