Pandora Tsawwassen Mills is seeking a Part-Time Core Sales Associate to deliver a world-class shopping experience and exceed store goals by connecting with our fans and sharing product knowledge.

You will join a team that values passion for the brand, customer engagement, and reliable scheduling. The role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays, with 20+ hours weekly and wearable merchandise responsibilities.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
• Care in communication, both written and verbal.
• Ability to charm and captivate an audience and connect with people at all levels.
• Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work.

Responsibilities

• Dare to exceed individual and store sales goals by building a genuine connection with fans.
• Maintain brand culture and act as a brand ambassador.
• Provide excellent product knowledge to create memorable shopping moments and build loyalty.
• Engage fans and foster lasting connections beyond transactions.
• Support store operations and merchandising to ensure smooth brand presentation.
• Be cross-trained across store functions and mentor new team members.
• All other duties as assigned.
