Responsibilities

• Lead the Joint Health & Safety Committee meetings.
• Create job postings and screen applicants.
• Administer group benefits and Pension Plan.

Skills

Post-secondary education in Human Resource Management

2+ years HR experience in manufacturing

Working knowledge of Ontario Employment Standards

Experience with full-cycle recruitment

First aid and Health & Safety certification

Proficiency with HRIS systems

Discretion and confidentiality

Comfortable working independently
