UPS is hiring for an on-call seasonal position in Fredericton, NB. You will assist UPS Package Drivers with deliveries and pickups along a route, handling packages in a fast-paced environment and ensuring excellent customer service. Starting around 10 AM with shifts 3–5 hours, up to five days per week, and lifting up to 70 lbs is required.

Job Description:

Job Summary

This position assists UPS Package Drivers with deliveries and pick ups of UPS packages at UPS drop boxes and customer locations along a specified route. This position performs physical, fast-paced environment involving continual lifting, lowering and carrying packages. This position ensures the best customer service through efficiency and dedication.

Responsibilities

• Delivers and picks up UPS packages efficiently and effectively.
• Learns and properly executes UPS package handling methods.

Qualifications

• ON Call Seasonal Position
• Must be available to start in the morning around 10AM
• Shifts can be Mon - Fri 3 to 5 hrs. based on the volume
• Wage : $ 18:00.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Complies with UPS appearance guidelines
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
• Strong customer service skills
