• Deliver an excellent customer experience: greet customers, assist with product selection, promote products and services, help locate merchandise, support purchase decisions, and refer issues as needed.
• Cover sales floor areas and assist with front-end coverage when required; communicate with team to ensure floor coverage and customer needs are met.
• Merchandising, zoning, and recovery: maintain a clean, organized sales floor; move feature merchandise to modular locations and process recovery merchandise from various areas.
• Stocking and modular execution: stock merchandise, complete downstocking, apply product protection, and set modulars and new shelf caps.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness by following policies, completing safety logs, and ensuring displays/fixtures are secure.

What you'll do...

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Deliver an Excellent Customer Experience Provides friendly and professional customer service by greeting customers, assisting with product selection, promoting products and services, helping locate merchandise, supporting purchase decisions, and resolving or referring customer concerns as needed.
• Sales Floor Coverage and Team Support Covers assigned areas of the sales floor and assists with Front End coverage when required. Communicates with other associates to ensure floor coverage is maintained and customer needs are met.
• Merchandising, Zoning, and Recovery Zones assigned areas to maintain a clean and organized sales floor. Moves feature merchandise to its modular location and processes recovery merchandise from the Customer Service desk and other areas of the store.
• Stocking and Modular Execution Stocks merchandise and picks, completes downstocking as required, applies product protection when needed, and sets and completes modulars, including flex modulars and new shelf caps.
• Safety, Cleanliness, and Compliance Maintains a safe, clean, and hazard‑free work environment by following Company policies and procedures, completing safety sweep logs, and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure.

• Be open to working a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs. Your adaptability helps ensure the store runs smoothly and customers receive consistent, high‑quality service.

Physical Demands

• Performs physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, bending, and lifting inventory, equipment, or supplies weighing up to 20 lbs., and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Performs repetitive tasks such as stocking, zoning, and organizing products with attention to detail and consistency to uphold store standards.
