Job summary

Cineplex Vancouver is seeking an energetic Hourly Player, Front of House to join our team. You will operate major attractions and upsell games, creating a fun, social gaming environment for guests.

Responsibilities include maintaining clean, stocked stations, assisting with restocking, and answering guest questions about events and pricing. Prior customer service helps; provincial alcohol rules apply. Wage is 18.25 CAD per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills are essential.

What you will do:Hourly Player, Front of HouseOur Player, Front of House are an integral part of the team who provide an exceptional entertainment experience to each and every guest. The Player, Front of House operates all major attractions and is an expert on gaming within the facility and can help answer and/or curate the gaming experience for both experienced and non-experienced gamers.
