Job summary

The Hillman Group Canada ULC in Cranbrook, BC is seeking a part-time Field Service Representative to support Big Box retailers with merchandising, stock control and resolving day‑to‑day store issues.

You will travel between stores in the region, set up displays, process orders, report discrepancies to store representatives, and act as a liaison between stores and Hillman Canada head office while following safety rules.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in a retail vendor or big box environment or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Visit designated stores weekly to merchandise inventory and maintain store cleanliness.
• Prepare and process new orders using company issued equipment.
• Act as liaison between stores and Hillman Canada head office.
• Travel between stores in the region.
• Identify issues and report discrepancies to the store representative.
• Follow store safety rules.
