Job summary

Brand Momentum is seeking a field-based merchandising support person to manage and support retail programs in Lethbridge, Pincher Creek and Taber. You will drive in-store execution, build relationships with store personnel, and ensure planograms and shelf standards are maintained.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, access to a vehicle, and strong Excel/reporting skills. This position offers flexible scheduling as you work across multiple stores with a focus on effective merchandising

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Reliable internet and email for scheduling and training.
• Experience merchandising, especially in Walmart and grocery channels.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Professional, courteous, and confident when interacting with the public and store staff.
• Highly organized with strong time management.
• Proficient in Excel and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Execute client retail priorities: product distribution, displays, shelf details.
• Build and maintain relationships with store management to support sales.
• Provide in-store merchandising support: planograms, OOS, freshness, shelf standards.
• Prepare and submit reports tracking performance across stores.
• Share field insights to identify growth opportunities and improve execution.
