Job summary

First Student, Inc. is hiring a School Bus Driver to transport students safely to and from school in Mississauga. You’ll work with our team, utilize industry-leading technology to navigate routes, and help with boarding and safety checks. A clean driving record and pre/post trip inspections are part of the role.

We offer training, the potential for sign-on bonuses where eligible, and a schedule without nights or weekends, with some charter route opportunities depending on location.

Qualifications

• Good verbal communication skills.
• At least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license for at least 3 years.
• Be subject to a drug screen and physical.

Responsibilities

• Join our team of professional drivers dedicated to getting students to and from their destinations safely.
• Provide support to students by assisting with boarding and exiting the bus.
• Prioritize vehicle maintenance by conducting pre and post trip inspections.
• Utilize our technology to guide daily routes.
