Job summary

Aquatera-Utilities-Inc. is seeking a part-time Delivery Driver in Grande Prairie to support our operations by delivering materials between facilities and local suppliers. You will handle internal mail, emergency pickups, and site deliveries with a strong focus on safety and accuracy.

The role requires a valid Class 5 license, comfort with Outlook/Excel, and the ability to work independently in varying weather conditions. Open to candidates who value reliability and customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence with a satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple delivery priorities.
• Demonstrated commitment to health and safety practices.
• Comfortable using Outlook and Excel for basic communication and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Deliver parts, inventory, consumables, and materials between Aquatera locations.
• Transport internal mail and documentation between Aquatera facilities.
• Complete emergency pickups and deliveries as required during business hours.
• Transport test samples from the Water Treatment Plant to laboratories within Grande Prairie.
• Pick up Styrofoam from the landfill and deliver it to the Eco-Centre.
• Deliver and ship tools for repairs, maintenance, and certification.
• Maintain the Purchasing Department delivery vehicle and report maintenance concerns.
• Accurately track and document deliveries and pickups.
• Adhere to all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company policies.
• Perform other related duties as assigned

About the Role

Reporting to the Procurement Manager, the Part-Time Delivery Driver plays an important role in supporting Aquatera’s operations by ensuring the safe, timely, and accurate delivery of materials, supplies, equipment, and documents between Aquatera facilities and local suppliers throughout Grande Prairie. This role requires a dependable individual with strong organizational skills, a commitment to safety, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver parts, inventory, consumables, and materials between Aquatera locations and local suppliers.
• Transport internal mail and documentation between Aquatera facilities.
• Complete emergency pickups and deliveries as required during business hours.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple delivery priorities.
• Demonstrated commitment to health and safety practices.
• Professional, reliable, and customer-service oriented.
• Ability to work in varying weather and site conditions.
