What You'll Do
  • Process and respond to alarm signals quickly, accurately, and professionally in stressful situations
  • Dispatch the proper authorities and verify that help is on the way
  • Document all responses accurately for the signals
  • Learn and utilize multiple software systems efficiently
  • Participate in training and development for professional growth
What We\'re Looking For
  • Must be 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Calm, reliable, and professional in a fast-paced environment with high-pressure situations
  • Willing to work weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • Able to pass a two-week training class
  • Experience in customer service is preferred
  • Must reside in Canada and be legally authorized to work
