Job summary

A leading construction company is looking for a part-time Customer Service Representative in Greater Sudbury. The CSR will manage the order to cash process, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective order management and communication. Candidates should have a DEC/College degree and at least 2 years of experience in Customer Service. Familiarity with SAP and Salesforce is a plus. The ability to communicate in both English and French is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Customer Service.
  • Must have excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Fully bilingual (English and French) spoken and written.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the order to cash process.
  • Receive and process customer orders.
  • Verify products, quantities, pricing, and shipping details.
  • Provide product knowledge to customers.
  • Ensure complete customer satisfaction.
