Job summary
A leading construction company is looking for a part-time Customer Service Representative in Greater Sudbury. The CSR will manage the order to cash process, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective order management and communication. Candidates should have a DEC/College degree and at least 2 years of experience in Customer Service. Familiarity with SAP and Salesforce is a plus. The ability to communicate in both English and French is preferred.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Customer Service.
- Must have excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Fully bilingual (English and French) spoken and written.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
