Job summary

ONroute is hiring part time Team Members to join our busy plazas featuring Tim Hortons, New York Fries, Booster Juice, and ON Market. You will greet customers, take orders, process payments, prepare food and drinks, and help manage mobile orders in a fast-paced environment.

Reliable transportation is required as plazas are located along Highways 400 and 401. Previous restaurant, food service, or retail experience is welcomed, but the most important thing is your positive attitude and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, cash handling or retail is a plus.
• Friendly, positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders, suggesting items and processing payments.
• Prepare food and drinks.
• Manage mobile orders and assemble take-out and dine-in orders.
• Maintain clean and sanitary surfaces throughout shifts.

• Welcoming customers and greeting them with a positive attitude, taking orders (suggesting your favourites and our feature items), answering questions about menu items and processing payments
• Preparing food and drinks
• Managing mobile orders
• Assembling orders and packaging take-out and indoor dining options
• Keeping all surfaces clean and sanitary to ensure the safety for our customers, team-mates, and yourself

Reliable transportation is required as our plazas are located on the 401/ 400 highways, and public transportation is not available.
