Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in community social services/health care.
• Current Emergency First Aid/CPR and Food Safe certificates required.
• Criminal record clearance for children and vulnerable adults.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the supported person’s rights and choices are respected.
• Empower the person we support to be full citizens in their community.
• Coordinate and facilitate participation in community-based activities.
