Job summary

Cineplex is hiring a Cast Member to join our theatre team. Cast Members help with concessions, floor and box‑office duties, delivering an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced, social setting.

Ideal candidates are team‑oriented, energetic and friendly, able to work evenings and late nights, with a flexible approach to shifts. Smart Serve or Pro Serve certification is a plus.

• Team-oriented and upbeat; able to work with guests in a fast-paced setting.
• Able to work evenings and late nights; flexible to shift changes.
• Smart Serve or Pro Serve certification where applicable and being of legal age to serve alcohol is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Assist in concessions, on the floor, and at the box office to support theatre operations.
• Provide an energetic and friendly guest experience for every patron.
• Contribute to a positive, social atmosphere and teamwork in a dynamic cinema environment.
