Job summary

Cineplex is looking for team members to join our fast-paced cinema environment in Ontario. You will deliver friendly guest service, handle busy shifts, and work late on weekends and some weeknights while communicating clearly with guests.

Flexibility, reliability, and a positive attitude are essential. Eligible candidates can access tuition assistance, cash incentive programs, and free movie benefits, with Smart Serve certification as an Ontario asset.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest service in fast-paced environments is preferred.
• Ability to work late on weekends and some late weeknights.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to assist guests and handle theatre operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with inquiries and direct them to services.
• Provide friendly, efficient customer service in a cinema setting.
• Support concession and front-of-house operations during peak times.
• Maintain cleanliness and assist team to ensure a smooth guest experience.
