Giant Tiger in Beloeil, QC is hiring a part-time Cashier to deliver friendly, efficient service at the checkout and ensure accurate transactions. You will greet customers, scan items, handle payments, and maintain a clean, organized checkout area.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Flexible day/evening shifts and weekend coverage are available.

Responsibilities

• Ensures a high level of customer service at the checkouts;
• Accurately records customer transactions in electronic cash register, mainline and self checkouts (SCOs);
• Replenish merchandise around the checkout area;
• Ensuring health and safety policies and guidelines are followed;
• Ensuring the checkout work area is kept clean and organized;
• Ensuring Loss prevention best practices are followed;
• Ensuring compliance of all policies when selling Tobacco and Lottery.
