Formación

• 1+ years of cashier experience or a strong interest in starting a retail career.
• Customer-focused attitude with a passion for helping people.
• Good communication and friendly, outgoing demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Provide exceptional customer service and address client needs promptly.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Handle cash and change securely and maintain cash accuracy.
• Issue receipts, process returns and exchanges, and document transactions.
• Educate customers about sales and promotions.
• Keep checkout area organized and welcoming for shoppers.
• Collaborate with coworkers to ensure smooth store operations.
• Assist with receiving and organizing stock to keep shelves stocked.

Day-to-Day Duties:

• Provide exceptionalcustomer serviceby addressing and resolving client needs quickly.

• Process sales transactionsaccurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system, including cash, credit, and debit payments.

• Handle cash and change securely, ensuring accurate cash management throughout the shift.

• Issue receipts, process returns and exchangesand ensure that all transactions are documented correctly.

• Educate customerson our sales and promotions.

• Maintaincheckout area organized and welcomingenhancing the shopping experience.

• Collaborate with fellow associatesto ensure the store runs smoothly and customers are satisfied.

• Assistwith receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock to keep the sales floor well-stocked and organized.
