Job summary

McDonald’s Canada is seeking Crew Members to join our team in Canada. You’ll play a key role delivering an exceptional guest experience, greeting guests, taking orders, and preparing items while upholding safety and cleanliness standards.

No prior experience is required, but experience in food service or retail is helpful. You’ll work with a diverse team that supports growth, with flexible shifts to fit your schedule and opportunities for development.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests with a friendly smile and providing excellent customer service
• Taking orders and processing payments accurately and efficiently
• Preparing drinks and food items while following quality, safety, and cleanliness standards
• Assembling dine-in, take-out, and delivery orders with care and attention to detail
• Communicating clearly and respectfully with fellow crew members and managers
• Working a variety of flexible and rotating shifts, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends

Job description

The starting hourly wage is $15.35 per hour

As a Crew Member, you’ll play an important role in delivering an exceptional experience for every guest. Your responsibilities may include:
