Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving client needs quickly.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system, including cash, credit, and debit payments.
  • Handle cash and change securely, ensuring accurate cash management throughout the shift.
  • Issue receipts, process returns and exchanges and ensure that all transactions are documented correctly.
  • Educate customers on our sales and promotions.
  • Maintain checkout area organized and welcoming, enhancing the shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with fellow associates to ensure the store runs smoothly and customers are satisfied.
  • Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock to keep the sales floor well-stocked and organized.
Qualifications
  • A customer-focused attitude — whether you have 1+ years of experience as a cashier or are eager to learn, if you’re passionate about helping people, we want you on our team.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Comfortable staying active and engaged during your shift.
  • A passion for delivering outstanding service, both in-store and online, to help build long-lasting customer relationships.
