Qualifications

• Good oral and written English communication.
• Knowledge of standard institutional cleaning techniques.
• Experience in commercial/residential/healthcare cleaning and laundry procedures desirable.
• Ability to meet physical requirements and work with minimal supervision.
• Must provide Vulnerable Sector Check or be willing to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Clean Resident apartments and common areas according to schedules.
• Operate floor care machines and steam cleaning equipment.
• Strip, scrub, spray, and buff carpet and floor surfaces.
• Adhere to residence policies, safety rules, and safe working practices.
• Prepare documentation and attend staff meetings; participate in QA program.
