Responsibilities

• Prepare restaurant and work areas for the day.

• Take guest orders and process payments accurately.
• Clean and sanitize workstations, equipment, dining areas, and washrooms.
• Stock supplies and assist with restaurant organization.
• Collaborate with teammates in a fast-paced setting.
• Follow food safety, workplace safety, and company procedures.

Availability We're Looking For

This position is specifically for individuals who are consistently available to work between 4:00 AM and 10:00 AM, seven days a week, including weekends.

Because our early morning team helps prepare the restaurant for the day and supports our breakfast operations, reliable 4:00 AM availability is essential for this position.

Applicants should have reliable transportation or another dependable way to get to the restaurant for a 4:00 AM start, as public transportation may be limited at this time of day.

A Day in the Life

No two shifts are exactly the same. As an Early Morning Crew Member, you may help prepare the restaurant for opening, work in the kitchen, front counter, Drive-Thru, dining room, or beverage station, and support our team through the busy breakfast period.

Your day may include:

• Preparing the restaurant and work areas for the day
• Preparing food and beverages to McDonald's quality standards
• Serving guests at the front counter, Drive-Thru, or dining area
• Assembling dine-in, take-out, mobile, and delivery orders
• Taking guest orders and processing payments accurately
• Cleaning and sanitizing workstations, equipment, dining areas, and washrooms
• Stocking supplies and helping maintain restaurant organization
• Working together with your team in a fast-paced environment
• Following food safety, workplace safety, and company procedures at all times

Qualifications

• Consistent availability between 4:00 AM and 10:00 AM, seven days a week
• Reliable transportation or ability to consistently arrive for a 4:00 AM start
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable attendance and punctuality

• No prior experience required; food service or customer service experience is an asset

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements

• Part-time early morning schedule, primarily between 4:00 AM and 10:00 AM
• Prolonged standing and walking
• Frequent bending, lifting, and reaching
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Exposure to kitchen equipment and cleaning chemicals
• Fast-paced and dynamic restaurant environment
