Job summary

The Beer Store is hiring part-time retail staff for our Renfrew, Ontario location. You will engage customers, process transactions, and contribute to a smooth store operation. This is a unionized role with opportunities to grow within a patient and community-focused team.

We require 18+ years of age, a high school diploma or GED, and at least one year of retail experience. The role includes standing for long periods, lifting up to 40lbs, and weekend availability, with wages starting at 18.30 CAD

Qualifications

• Completion of High School and/or GED equivalent preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have minimum 1 year's consecutive retail experience.
• Must be able to comfortably lift up to 40lbs (over 18kg) for more then 100 ft (30 metres) for continuous periods of time.
• Must be able to stand on your feet for 2 or more hours during a shift.
• Able to perform basic computer functions.
• Must be available to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers daily and process payment transactions.
• Follow all health and safety procedures and use PPE.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
