What you will do:

Wage: Assistant Manager $19.85/Cast Member $17.85

Cineplex’s Part-Time Assistant Managers / Cast Members are an integral part of the team who provide an exceptional experience to each and every guest. Our PT Assistant Managers / Cast Members are passionate about movies and look to bring their experience towards providing a fun and entertaining night out.

In this role, your responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Assist with leading and managing a dedicated team of employees and, when necessary, take an active hand to ensure guest satisfaction is maintained.
  • Manage the guest experience - ensure every guest who visits your facility is satisfied and is excited about their next visit.
  • Assist with managing your theatre’s budget and growing revenue.
  • Forecast, initiate action/projects to drive the business forward and strengthen Cineplex Entertainment as Canada’s #1 premier film exhibition company.

Qualifications:

This role may be a perfect fit for you if:

  • You have experience in a similar environment.
  • You can analyze and interpret the needs of customers and offer appropriate options, solutions, and resolutions required.
  • You have demonstrated ability to lead a team during high volume business periods in multiple departments.
  • You have strong conflict resolution, negotiation, and objection handling skills.
  • You have schedule flexibility to work extended hours as required.
