Job summary

UL Solutions in Canada is seeking a part-time Inspector to conduct softline/hardline and garment inspections across pre-production, in-process, and final production stages. You will report findings under client program specialists, following SOPs and client inspection procedures in field locations such as factories and warehouses in Montreal or Ottawa.

Applicants should have a background in apparel/textile manufacturing, knowledge of garment construction techniques and textiles, and familiarity

Qualifications

• Background in apparel/textile manufacturing.
• Knowledge of garment construction techniques and textiles.
• Understanding of inspection criteria including inspection levels, AQLs, and sampling plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections at pre-production, in-process, and final production stages.
