Job summary

Qualifications

• CCFP and CPSBC certifications required.
• AM Fellowship or related certification is an asset.
• Experience in addiction medicine preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care for patients with HIV.
• Conduct assessments for substance use treatment.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care.
