Paros Yorkville is looking for an experienced Server

We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests by providing prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable service. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their visit.

Responsibilities:

1. Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating if necessary.
2. Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations.
3. Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
4. Deliver food and drinks promptly and check on guests regularly.
5. Clear and reset tables in a timely manner.
6. Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas.
7. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate orders.
8. Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions accurately.
9. Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a server or in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry items for extended periods.
