Job summary

National Bank of Canada in Montreal is seeking a Governance Analyst to coordinate board and committee meetings, draft and review corporate and regulatory documents, and contribute to governance best practices. The role supports regulatory filings and maintains corporate records in a collaborative, hybrid environment.

You will work closely with the Senior Director, Governance and Assistant Secretary, with flexible training and development opportunities and a strong emphasis on processes

Qualifications

  • Three-year college diploma (DEC) or equivalent academic background in a related field, and at least three years of relevant experience in corporate governance.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
  • Experience in managing corporate or legal documents.
  • Strong communication skills, strong collaboration spirit, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Good understanding of regulatory requirements and administrative processes.
  • Excellent organizational skills, rigor, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
