Job summary

Bayshore Home Care Solutions, Kitchener Government Branch is seeking a Palliative Nurse to serve the Wellington Region. The role supports patients in their homes, with a three-day work week plus overnight on-call and weekend rotation from 8:30 to 16:30.

You will deliver compassionate nursing care, rely on your clinical judgment, and collaborate with a dedicated Bayshore team to ensure high-quality, respectful care. A strong English ability and current registration are required.

Qualifications

• RN/RPN level nurses with current registration.
• Current CPR certification required.

Qualifications

Education:

• RN/RPN level nurses who have graduated from an accredited School of Nursing and hold a current registration with the provincial licensing body.
• Current CPR certification required

Other Requirements:

• Clear criminal background check (with vulnerable sector screening), negative TB test
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and reliable vehicle
• Excellent command of the English language; spoken and written
