Job summary

Qualifications
- Minimum five (5) years’ experience in practice in palliative care.
- Experience with research and/or program evaluation.
- Experience designing education to address palliative care training needs.
Responsibilities
- Provide palliative care coaching and mentoring to staff.
- Collaborate with community organizations on local service integration.
- Lead engagement and community-building activities.

Education
