REQUIREMENTS:

• A good attitude "Hire for attitude, train for skill"
• Willing to work 40-50hrs/week in the summer
• Marketing 1-2 times a week for 3hrs at a time.
• Attention to detail
• Individual access to a vehicle is a HUGE plus
• Open to LEARN and EARN

PAY:

Painter: $17-20+/hr BONUSES AVAILABLE (work hard get rewarded)

Marketer: $10-20 a lead (Avg. 1-2 lead per hour... you do the math)
