Job summary

Skyline Construction Services LTD. in Brampton, ON is seeking a Painter, construction who is self-motivated, reliable and a good team player to join our permanent, full-time team. Work includes painting interior and exterior surfaces, wallpaper application, and customer colour guidance.

You will prepare, sand, repair surfaces, mix paints, and assist with wall coverings. Weekend, on-call and morning shifts are included. Immediate start available.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and good communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–2 years of related painting/construction experience preferred.
• Reliable and a good team player.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, clean and sand surfaces to be painted.
• Repair cracks and holes in surfaces.
• Mix paint to match colours and textures.
• Measure, cut and apply wallpaper and fabrics to walls.
• Advise customers on colours and wall coverings.
• Erect scaffolding and swing stages and attach rigging.
• Apply paint, wallpaper, and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces.
