Job summary

Une entreprise de peinture et décoration recherche un candidat pour un poste permanent dans la région de Vancouver. Le candidat idéal doit avoir 1 à 2 ans d'expérience, être capable de travailler sur des tâches physiques telles que la préparation et l'application de peinture. Responsibilities

  • Préparer, nettoyer et poncer les surfaces à peindre.
  • Réparer les fissures et les trous.
  • Mélanger la peinture pour obtenir la couleur et la texture souhaitées.
  • Mesurer, couper et appliquer du papier peint et d'autres tissus sur les murs.
  • Conseiller les consommateurs sur les couleurs et le choix des revêtements muraux.
  • Ériger des échafaudages et des plateformes suspendues.
  • Appliquer peinture, papier peint et autres matériaux sur les surfaces intérieures et extérieures.

Tasks
  • Prepare, clean and sand surfaces to be painted
  • Repair cracks and holes
  • Mix paint to desired colour and texture
  • Measure, cut and apply wallpaper and other fabric to walls
  • Advise consumers on colours and choice of wall coverings
  • Erect scaffolding and swing stages and attach rigging
  • Apply paint, wallpaper and other materials and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces
