Summer General Labour Positions

Looking for a challenge this summer? Join our hardworking team in transforming the homes of our community! We are seeking team players who are driven, results-oriented, and eager to make an impact. We provide high-quality home services such as lawn care and painting/staining for both interior and exterior projects.

Our goal is to transform local residential homes and leave homeowners in awe of the results. We are offering both full-time and part-time general labour positions to motivated, coachable individuals interested in outdoor work and doing an incredible job.

Requirements:

• Some hands-on experience preferred (no professional experience necessary); training provided on lawn care and painting/staining projects.
• Own reliable transportation.
• Positive attitude, reliable, hardworking.
• Strong communication skills.
• Coachable and eager to learn.

Responsibilities:

• Complete projects from start to finish, maintaining high quality and efficiency.
• Keep work sites clean and organized.
• Communicate effectively with homeowners, crew chiefs, and management to ensure satisfaction.
• Distribute flyers and market door-to-door around work sites.

Compensation:

$16-$24/hr depending on experience and responsibilities. Opportunities for increased responsibilities and leadership roles.
