Painted To Perfection is seeking a skilled painter for high-end residential interiors and large exterior transformations. You will help prep surfaces, apply finishes, and protect client spaces while maintaining a tidy, safe work site. The role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work on ladders and lift up to 50 lbs.

• Protection: set up drop cloths and tape off areas to protect client furniture and flooring.
• Clean-up: maintain a professional and organized job site daily.
• Safety: safely operate ladders and scaffolding (Working at Heights).

What You’ll Do:

What We’re Looking For:

• Skillset: Strong "cutting-in" skills and knowledge of different paint types/finishes.
• Reliability: Must have a valid driver’s license and your own reliable transportation to get to job sites.
• Physicality: Able to stand for long periods, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Attitude: Punctual, polite, and professional when interacting with homeowners.
