Qualifications
3+ years of experience with automation equipment.
Graduate of a 3-year Robot or Automation Program.
Strong knowledge and experience with troubleshooting and programming robotics.
Responsibilities
Calibrate and maintain ABB Robot Studio simulation environment.
High level programming and troubleshooting of paint processes.
Design predictive maintenance programs.
Skills
Experience with automation equipment
Strong knowledge of ABB Robotics S4P and IRC5 platforms
Strong knowledge of ABB Robot Studio programming
Ability to interpret fluid, pneumatic and electrical schematics
Knowledge of Allen Bradley PLCs
Experience with closed-loop process control
