Are you a master of flawless finishes and smooth edges? We’re looking for a skilled PPF & Window Tint Installer who takes pride in craftsmanship and loves seeing a job done to perfection. In this role, you’ll work on a variety of vehicles, preparing surfaces, applying top-quality 3M Paint Protection Film, and installing professional-grade window tint.

You’ll be part of a supportive, collaborative shop where your expertise is valued, and your work makes a visible impact every single day.

What You’ll Do :
  • Prepare, clean, and inspect vehicles for installation.
  • Measure, cut, and apply PPF and window tint with precision.
  • Work with designers, detailers, and the shop manager to deliver exceptional results.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Perform quality control inspections to ensure perfect finishes.
What We’re Looking For :
  • 3+ years of hands‑on experience in PPF and / or window tint installation.
  • 3M installation certification or training (asset).
  • Skills in vinyl removal, weeding, and pre‑making film (asset).
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written).

  • Eligibility to work in Canada without sponsorship.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Adaptability in a fast‑paced, changing environment.
  • Strong work ethic, motivation, and organizational skills.
