Kaycan, a proud subsidiary of Saint-Gobain, in Smiths Falls, Ontario, seeks a hands-on production worker to inspect and package products, support operations, and help maintain a safe, organized workplace. Join a team dedicated to safety, quality, and teamwork.

We offer a permanent, full-time position with a starting wage of $22.00/hour and a rotating 6-week schedule that includes days, afternoons, nights, and some weekends.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience is an asset but not required.

We're looking for reliable, safety-focused team members to join our production team in Smiths Falls. In this hands-on role, you'll inspect and package products, support production operations, and help maintain a safe and organized work environment.

Schedule

40 hours per week on a rotating 6-week shift schedule, including days, afternoons, nights, and some weekends.

• Days: 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
