Sephora Canada is hiring a Paid Services Beauty Advisor for a full-time hourly role at the St. John's location. You will guide clients on their beauty journey, perform makeup applications and skincare services, and stay current with brand launches.

You will deliver exceptional client service, manage bookings, and participate in sales events while contributing to the store’s goals. The role requires 1–3 years in retail, strong communication, and flexible peak-hour availability.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years' prior experience in retail sales or services.
• Knowledge about trending beauty products.
• Passion for client service and selling.
• Strong communication skills, ability to multitask.
• Consistent and reliable attendance.

• Participate in Sales & Promotional Events: Be part of sales events and promotions, driving customer engagement and contributing to the store's sales goals.

Meaningful Rewards
The compensation ranges between CAD$18.50 - CAD$23.15/hr.
