Job summary

Sephora Canada in Charlottetown is seeking a Paid Service Beauty Advisor to join our Beauty Studio on a part-time, hourly basis. You will guide clients on their beauty journey, perform makeup applications and skincare services, and ensure a welcoming, inclusive experience in-store.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in retail, a passion for client service, strong communication, and flexibility to work peak retail hours. Expected pay CAD 19.00–21.75 per hour, with bonus opportunities and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years' prior experience in retail sales or services.
• Knowledge about trending beauty products.
• Passion for client service and selling.
• Strong communication skills, ability to multitask.
• Consistent and reliable attendance.
• Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

• Participate in Sales and Promotional Events: Be part of sales events and promotions, driving customer engagement and contributing to the store's sales goals.

Meaningful Rewards

The compensation ranges between CAD$19.00 - CAD$21.75/hr. Additionally, you may be eligible for performance-based bonus opportunities, a competitive benefits program, and robust learning and development initiatives aimed at promoting employee support and recognition. The final pay offered will depend on various factors, including but not limited to the actual qualifications and experience of the individual, and any additional non-discriminatory, legitimate business factors relevant to the position and/or location.
