Job summary

Sephora Canada in Winnipeg is seeking a Paid Services Beauty Advisor to guide clients on their beauty journey, provide makeup and skincare services, and demonstrate product application with health and hygiene standards. You’ll stay current with trends and help guests select ideal products.

As part of a diverse team, you’ll handle bookings, deliver exceptional client service, and participate in promotional events to drive store sales.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years' prior experience in retail sales or services.
• Knowledge about trending beauty products.
• Passion for client service and selling.
• Strong communication skills, ability to multitask.
• Consistent and reliable attendance.
• Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Meaningful Rewards
The compensation ranges between CAD$18.30 - CAD$21.55/hr. Additionally, you may be eligible for performance-based bonus opportunities, a competitive benefits program, and robust learning and development initiatives aimed at promoting employee support and recognition. The final pay offered will depend on various factors, including but not limited to the actual qualifications and experience of the individual, and any additional non-discriminatory, legitimate business factors relevant to the position and/or location.
