Sephora Canada in Winnipeg is seeking a Paid Services Beauty Advisor to assist clients with personalized consultations and beauty services within the Beauty Studio and beyond.

You'll perform makeup applications, skincare treatments, showcase techniques, and stay ahead of trends while delivering exceptional client service and coordinating bookings. The role offers hourly pay and opportunities for bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years' prior experience in retail sales or services.

Meaningful Rewards

The compensation ranges between CAD$18.30 - CAD$21.55/hr. Additionally, you may be eligible for performance-based bonus opportunities, a competitive benefits program, and robust learning and development initiatives aimed at promoting employee support and recognition. The final pay offered will depend on various factors, including but not limited to the actual qualifications and experience of the individual, and any additional non-discriminatory, legitimate business factors relevant to the position and/or location.
