Job summary

The Klick Group in Toronto, Canada is seeking a Paid Search Coordinator to support the execution and optimization of paid search campaigns for pharmaceutical and healthcare clients. You will work closely with Media Planning and Analytics to set up campaigns, monitor performance, and deliver client-ready reporting.

This role offers hands-on paid media exposure, plus opportunities to develop data analysis skills and contribute insights in a regulated environment across the U.S. market.

Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with paid search or SEM platforms such as Google Ads through coursework, internships, co-ops, or entry- level roles.
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance data using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas, pivot tables, or data summaries.
  • Experience writing clear, compliant ad copy or structured content, demonstrated through academic, professional, or project-based work.
  • Comfort working with performance metrics and analytics to assess results and support optimization decisions.
  • Strong attention to detail demonstrated through campaign setup, QA processes, or data validation work.
  • Comfort and enthusiasm for using AI as a regular part of how work gets done.
  • Previous internship, co‑op, or project experience in digital marketing, paid media, or search marketing.
  • Exposure to regulated industries such as healthcare, pharmaceutical, or financial services.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners such as media planners, analysts, or account teams.
  • Interest in developing a long-term career in performance media and data-driven marketing.

Job Description

The Paid Search Coordinator supports the execution and optimization of paid search campaigns for pharmaceutical and healthcare clients. Working closely with Media Planning and Analytics, this role focuses on campaign setup, performance monitoring, and reporting within regulated environments. The position offers hands-on exposure to paid media fundamentals while developing skills in data analysis, optimization, and client-ready reporting. This role contributes directly to helping brands connect with patients and healthcare professionals across the U.S.

Additional Information

This posting is for an existing vacancy at Klick. The base salary range for this position is between CAD $50,000 - $60,000. The final amount offered will be determined based on several factors such as a candidate’s work location, their unique skill set, education, and prior work experience.
