Job summary

Enterprise is seeking a Management Internship in Kingston, Ontario, to help you build business and leadership skills from day one. The paid internship offers real-world experience alongside first- and second-year professionals in a team-based setting.

Position located at 1288 Bath Rd, Kingston, ON, with compensation of $22 per hour. Internship runs May 2027–August 2027, offering potential performance incentives and referral rewards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be a current university student graduating with a Bachelor's Degree on or before June of 2028.
• Must have a minimum of 6 months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership.
• Must have a current and valid G or G2 driver's license with no more than 2 driving infractions in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record (DWI/DUI) in past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in Canada and not require sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.

• Develop skills to manage a fleet of vehicles and assist customers.
• Create marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
