Job summary

Altium Packaging LP is seeking a production supervisor to direct and monitor manufacturing teams, manage resources, and uphold our safety and quality standards.

The role emphasizes leading by example, implementing process improvements, and aligning with our Guiding Principles to deliver on-time, right-first-time packaging solutions.

You will collaborate with maintenance, planning, and quality to drive value, employee development, and customer satisfaction across shifts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 3 years experience in a manufacturing environment with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
• High level knowledge of machinery and production systems.
• AS degree is preferred.
• Blow or Injection Mold experience is a plus.
• Understanding of a union environment is preferred.
• A drive to strive for continuous improvement.
• Computer skills.
