Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and machine setup manuals.
• Safe and reliable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up film and packaging equipment for production runs.
• Monitor machines for proper operation and product quality.
• Remove finished products from conveyors and pack into containers.
• Identify, mark, and report defective products.
• Assist with changeovers and box stamping.
• Support operators and lead hands to meet production, safety, and quality goals.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift.
• Follow manufacturing and inspection procedures.
• Report equipment or quality issues to supervisors and support teams.
• Participate in plant-wide cleaning and training of new employees.
