An excellent role on offer for a Packaging Manager looking to join one of North America’s largest manufacturers in their industry, where you will work in a technically challenging role, whilst progressing to a Plant Manager in 3-5 years.

This award-winning manufacturer operates in the FMCG industry where they supply food solutions to the retail and food service sectors. They have excellent reputation within the industry and are known to look after their staff. They have exciting expansion plans in place for 2026, and they are looking to recruit a Packaging Manager who will play a pivotal role in this growth.

In this role you will take complete ownership of this food packaging plant, and you will have 7 direct reports. You will oversee packaging lines, have compete control of budgets for the year and take ownership of P&L at their Tavistock facility. You will receive excellent training and development to progress your career to a Plant Manager.

This role would ideally suit a Packaging Manager from any manufacturing background, who is looking to work in a technically challenging role, whilst progressing to a Plant Manager in 3-5 years’ time.

The Role

• Have 7 direct reports and these are all supervisors
• Take ownership of budget control and conduct P&L
• Days based – Monday to Friday
• $135,000 - $140,000 + 15% bonus + Progression + Excellent Benefits
